Vector - lines and curve how to (Corel paint shop pro xi tutorial)

1. Select pen tool.

2. Click on Draw point to point bezier curve tool. Keep width 1 or 2. For continuous line check "connect segments".

3. Let's make straight line. Make sure pen tool is selected. Click on point 1 with left mouse button then release the mouse button. Now click on point 2 again with left mouse button and release it. You have a straight line.

Let's try now curve.
1. Click on point one and release the mouse button then click on point 2 but Do NOT release the mouse button. Now holding mouse button drag it in upword direction you can see the handle. Now release the mouse button and it would create a curve.

If you want to extend it you can do as previous. Repeat the whole process as N. 1 then click on point 3. Make sure that "Connect Segments" box is checked.
