Illumination Tutorial
For this tutorial you'll need psp 7software. Click
on these links to download trial version Jasc's
psp 7 or Jasc.com
You'll need an image (use any desired image or save
this image in your hard drive)
Open a New Image in Psp7 by going to File -- New With
these settings:
New image will look like this:
Select flood fill tool 
from left side Tool bar with these settings in tool options:
Choose color from color chart for foreground color. (pic
1& 2).
Setting should be like this.

Fill color
in your image with the help of flood fill tool. Now your image will look
blue.
Now go to layer panel. If layer panel is not on just
press L key and it will open the layer panel. You have one layer named
Layer1. If you place your mouse over the Layer1 you can see the blue background
of your image in it.
Now click with right mouse and change the name of this
layer as Background.
Now duplicate the Background layer. To duplicate just click with right
mouse and select 'Duplicate'.
It will add a new layer named Copy of Background. Change
the name of this layer as Illumination.
With Illumination layer selected go to “Effect menu”. Click
on Effects then 'Illumination Effects' then select 'sunburst'.
A dialog box will open up settings should be default: Click
OK.
You can apply twice for more brightness.
Your Image will look like this:

Now open Jesus.gif image use your magic wand tool
to select the background.
Now go to menu Selections -- Invert
Jesus’ Image is selected now copy it. Edit
-- Copy
Now paste this image on (pic 3) in
new layer. Edit --Paste -- Paste as
new Layer
Adjust Jesus’ picture at the left side
of the image. Your Image will look like this:
Save your work. It is good Idea to save your work
very often.
Now go to Layers menu -- Merge -- Merge all (Flatten).
It will make your image of one layer.
Now select Airbrush tool 
with these settings:
Style foreground color: Solid color -- white
Style Background color: Solid color -- red:225, Green:247, Blue:247 it
should look sky blue.
Texture foreground: select from texture box - Lands
Texture Background: None
Tool Option Palette with this settings:
Shape: round
size: 32
hardness: 0
Opacity:100
step:25
density:100
 
(Settings for foreground, background color
and airbrush tool)
Now with the help of airbrush make some random clouds
with foreground and background colors. And save your work. Your Image
will look like this:
If you want to make changes in future, you should keep it
in PSP format otherwise you'll not be able to change it later. But if
you want to put it in website save it as gif or jpg format.
Now add some text according to your taste. that's it.
