Paint Shop Pro 7 (Graphics designing Advanced Tutorial)

Mirror Slate



For this tutorial you'll need paint shop pro 7 Jasc's psp 7 or Jasc.com (download trial version).
Download Gold fill here
Download mirror/silver gradient and tulip pic here.
Save this slate image in your hard drive.



Ok let's begin!


Now open the psp 7 software.
Open gold fill, silver gradient and tulip pic from your hard drive and make it ready for future use.
Open your slate image which you've just downloaded. Copy and paste it as new image and close the original one.
Now click on your magic wand tool and press shift key to select each black panel. Now your image should look like this. (you can see marching ants).



Now select gold fill pattern from your pattern pallette.



Now with the help of your flood fill tool fill the slate image with gold fill color.



Now go to selections menu click on Modify - Contract. A popup box will open up add 'Number of pixels - 5' and click ok. Now hit delete.


Now select Silver Gradient from your pattern pallette and flood fill it within the deleted area of slate.



Now your image should look like this.
If you like add brighness in it. Click on Colors menu - Adjust brightness/Contrast by brightness - 1, contrast - %25.
Add drop shadow with Horizontal and Verticle - 2, opasity - 35 blur - 3.



Now copy your Tulip design and paste it as "into selection" in your slate image. Edit - paste - into selection.



Now your image should look like this.


That's it you are done!
