For this tutorial you'll need Jasc's psp 7 or Jasc.com (download trial version)

Note: I've zipped it for your ease you can unzip it and place it in appropriate folder.

I assume that you already have Paint shop pro 7 in your machine. If not download it and install it in your machine.

Now open the psp 7 software.
Open basket pic from your hard drive.
Open new image with these settings. File - New.width/height - 400, bgcolor - white. I keep image size biger than the needed size for ease.

Now copy flower basket pic and paste it as new layer. Edit - copy. Then Edit - paste as new layer.
Now go to Effects menu click on Texture Effects - Mosaic - Antique.

A dialog box will open up keep settings like this and click ok.

Now place your mouse on layer pallette a dialog box will pop open. You can see two layers in your layer pallette place your mouse on Layer1 to make sure that layer is of basket pic. Now with the help of mouse click and drag the opasity button to 50 as shown in pic. It will fade your pic.



Now resize the flower pic to 75% . For this click on Image menu then on Resize. A dialog box will pop open. Keep settings like this.



Copy the flower basket pic and paste it as new layer on this mosaic image. Edit - copy - paste as new layer.
Now your image should look like this.
Add desired text (Welcome, your name etc.) if you wish. I used 'lokicola' font you can download it from any of my text tut. I used gradient color as bgcolor for text and rotated text. Image - rotate - left - 35.

Now merge all the layers. Layers menu - merge - merge all flatten. And you are done!!!
