2. Make a new folder. Ex: c:\psp\my_plugins. You can make a new folder
in your desired drive.
3. Now make a sub folder for each filter. Ex: Todies_filter, Simple_filter,
Greg factory filter etc.
4. Download filters in appropriate sub folder.
Now you need to define File Location so that psp could take filter from
appropriate plugins folder.
1. In your psp window click on File - Preferences - File Location.

2. A dialog box will open up click on Plug-in Filters (find on top right)
3. Now a dialog box will pop open keep settings like this. You can click
on browse button of no. 2 line and select the folder where you've added
new plugins. You need not to give location of sub folders but as you can
see in pic just give the location of plugins and it would work. Ex: c:\psp\my_plugins
Now it should work fine.
